Must have deep understanding of Oracle FMW (Fusion Middleware) , especially in tuning and optimizing large architecture 2. Understanding of the fundamental concepts of SOA 3. Knowledge of Oracle FMW Suite components such as SOA Composites, BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Service Bus, Application Integration Architecture, Oracle Http Server; Preferred troubleshooting skills for FMW suite of products 4. WebLogic Server(WLS) and/or Enterprise Manager (EM) 5. Excellent troubleshooting skills, experience debugging and tracing problems in live/deployed Oracle FMW applications (including Communications PIPs). Especially in high pressure and quick turn-around situations. 6. Proven awareness gained through industry on relevant technology applications to ensure a strategic vision and direction is maintained within the Domain 7. Experienced in systems/software development, development methodologies and software lifecycles 8. Must exhibit equanimity and poise under the pressure of solving a real time customer support issue.
