Ø Very strong knowledge on IAM domain
Ø Technically strong in SUN-IDM development - Xpress coding
Ø Strong development in Oracle IDM technology.
Ø Migration of existing SUN-IDM apps to OIDM environment will be an added advantage
Ø Involved in all phases of SDLC right from requirement gathering through post deployment support
Ø Strong client communication, requirement gathering, tracking the requirement against development
Ø Good Managerial skill, project planning, project tracking in terms of schedule and cost
Ø Good leadership qualities, mentoring and coaching the juniors in troubleshooting

Shift: (3: 00 PM - 12: 00 PM / 5: 00 PM - : 2 : 00 AM)
2) Identity and Access Management - Support
Exp 3 - 4 years - L2 support experience
Ø Strong knowledge on installation, configuration and troubleshooting Oracle Directory Server / LDAP.
Ø Strong knowledge on Sun Identity Manager workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
Ø Good experience working on any of the flavours of Unix.
Ø Experience in either or both: Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM)/ Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS)
Ø Monitoring and supporting business environment 24/7.
Ø Good communication skills, experience of working in shifts - 24x7
Ø Good leadership qualities, mentoring and coaching the juniors in troubleshooting
Ø Knowledge on perl, shell, vb script, java, SQL queries, ITIL v3 will be an added advantage
