	Job Description
	Experience in Manufacturing Company. Should be willing to totally dedicate for the group needs only. Responsible for Legal issues, Contract Management, Litigation Management etc. Liasoning with lawyers, Law firms, external counsel & Govt. Departments Handling bill payments of External Counsel. Drafting and Vetting of Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Procurement Agreements, Transporters Agreement, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Sales Promotion Agreements, NDAs , Bonds, Leave and Licenses etc Critically examining the Commercial terms. Monitoring the Legal Proceedings filed by / against the Company pertaining to Civil,Consumer, Criminal , Arbitration, Company and Labour Matters. Sending and replying the Legal Notices on behalf of the Company. Performing Legal Audit of the Commercial Files. Providing legal opinions to the Management. Dealing with IPR issues. Dealing with Arbitration Matters.
