Job Title : Sr.HR Consultant

Experience : 7-8 Years
JD:
1. At least 7-8 years of experience in Oracle HRMS modules (HRMS, SSHR, and Payroll, iRecruitment, Talent Management, compensation and benefits Oracle HRMS modules).
2. Must have developed business solutions including developing process documents, BR-100, RD020 go-live checklists and configuration activities.
3. Should have handled at least 2-3 implementation and 1 support project of Core HR, Self Service HR, PMS, LMS integration with UPK, HR Intelligence.
4. Payroll (Includes Standard Benefits), Advanced Benefits (OAB), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Oracle Learning Management (OLM), IRecruitment... etc.
5. Sound knowledge of Conversions and PL/SQL, xml, API , Discoverer reports, Workflow in oracle HRMS Modules.
6. Review and fine tune the oracle Pl/SQL code using Trace and TKPROF files, Develop HRMS fast formulas, ME, Work Flow, recruitment Portal creation Knowledge is a must.
7. Must own and responsible for HRMS Solution.
8. Must Drive CRP sessions.
9. Candidate should have experience in writing of PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, and Functions for various validations.
10. Involved in writing unit test cases and perform system testing for the developed components.
Desired profile:
1. Middle East experience in implementation of Oracle HRMS modules.
