Position: Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant
Exp : Min 5 Years to 10 years
Job Description
* Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant.
* Start Date: 16-Dec-2013.
* Total Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years.
* Relevant Experience in Oracle Payroll, HR: Minimum 5 years.
* Very good in Documentation, Communication.
* Good understanding of the payroll cycle knowledge of running payroll processes including Enhanced Retropay.
* Experience of system configuration(for development environment testing purpose) to meet statutory legislation, RTI, Auto Enrolment
* Experience of creating pay elements using Oracle Fast Formulae with pro ration and retro pay features
* Experience in Integration with external systems (Interfaces, Standard Report Modifications, Work flow).
* Good working knowledge of PLSQL, SQL, Reports, XML Publisher, Integrators, HRMS Letters, Workflows and forms.
* This role would require resource to travel onsite on assignment for 4 weeks or more for every 3 months to UAE.
