Advanced Procurement (I Procurement, Services Procurement, Sourcing, iSupplier Portal, Landed Cost Management, Asset Tracking, Supplier Life Cycle Management), and Having knowledge of WMS, BiApps Analytics Procurement and Spend Supply Chain & Order Management analytics is preferred
General Work Experiences Detail:
* Should have 3 to 12 Years of Relevant Experience
* Should have Minimum 4 End to End R12 Implementations
* Should have Good Application Configurations Knowledge
* Should be able to solution across related functional modules integrated requirements
* Should be able to solution external 3rd party applications integrated requirements
* Should have good exposure and knowledge of AIM methodology and processes
* Should be able to Design RICE components
* Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process
* Should have knowledge of Conversion Strategies and Process
* Understand and analyze customer business pain points and business processes
* Create As-Is and best-in-class To-Be Business processes of customer
* Map the To-Be business processes with Oracle Enterprise Applications
* Create business requirements & functional specifications for different functions
* Build complex CRPs / Proof of Concepts (POCs)
* Conduct workshops with customers
* Make presentations/demos/POCs to customers & stakeholders
* Create test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them
* Participate in development of System testing & User Acceptance Test plans
* Build User Manuals / Guides
* Conduct end user training (of clients)
* Help in resolving functional/configuration issues in different projects
