Job Title: Senior Software Engineer/Analyst
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 4+years
Position Description: This position description provides the minimum job requirements as additional duties may be assigned by supervisors. The requirements listed are the minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities to qualify for the position. This job description is not a contract and does not change the employment 'at will' relationship.
Purpose of Position: The Senior Software Engineer/Analyst works within the Business Application IT group, analyzing user requests, debugging, coding, testing and documenting projects. Develops and delivers end user documentation and training classes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Experience with implementation or administration of Oracle EBS Solutions including the following modules; Core HR, Time Management, Benefits and Payroll, iExpense
* Responsible for the business analysis, application system development, integration / interface between Oracle HRMS and legacy external applications
* Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS tables, configuration, rules, and parameters
* Application system maintenance
* Liaison with Database Administrator for technical issues related to application areas in the context of Oracle HRMS environment, concurrent managers, interface issues, tasks and technical TARs to Oracle or any third party software providers
* Proven experience building interfaces between Oracle EBS and other 3rd party software including ADP, JDE, Longview.
* Support Longview and apply Hot Fixes
* Support Clarity and work with the business to apply fixes
* Candidate must exhibit strong analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
* Candidate must be a self-starter and be comfortable working on their own
* Gather and document business requirements both functional and technical, conduct gap analysis between functionality and requirements and recommend solutions
* Ability to configure solutions
* Develop test scenarios, scripts, and integration test plans and write end user training manuals
* Ability to build and conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP)
* Facilitate train-the-trainer or end-user training to use Oracle HRMS
* Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle"s core HRMS and/or OTL applications
* Adheres to established project implementation and development guidelines and standards.
* Dedicated to completing assigned tasks and high-quality deliverables under deadline.
* Proactively learns and applies new technologies and programming languages as required.
* Provides on-call support of production systems including but not limited to Oracle EBS and Longview.
* Perform any other duties as assigned.

* Bachelor"s Degree and 4+ years of experience in business application modification (design development, installation), and implementation of Oracle HRMS
* Minimum of 2 full life cycle projects with Oracle HRMS
* Minimum 2 years" Experience Oracle Application 12i (12.1.x ) - Oracle HRMS and Financials
* Database: Extensive knowledge of Oracle 11g
* Software Tools: SQL PLUS & PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, SQL* Loader, Export / Import, Workflow, AOL, TFS
* Working knowledge of Oracle security OID
* Developer Utilities: DB Visualizer
* Highly self-motivated and directed
* Keen attention to detail
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
* Ability to work concurrently on multiple complex and sometimes ambiguous problems.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to apply broad work experience and knowledge when analyzing complex problems.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to structure messages in keeping with listener"s experience, background and expectations.

We are basically looking for a Candidate with the following skills:
* Oracle HRMS, OTL, payroll , Iexpense
* Experience with Conversion and Interfaces.
* Knowledge on Functional modules.
