Opportunity: Oracle Apps Functional : Deloitte

Oracle Apps HRMS Functional Consultant

Exp: 4-10 Yrs

 JD:

 Functional Experience in at least two or more of the following areas – Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, Benefits, Talent Management Suite(iRec, OLM,WPM) , Time and Labor, Compensation Workbench, Knowledge of basic HRMS tables.

    • Worked on at least one implementation project

    • Good understanding of the Business Processes.

    • Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes.

    • Map Business Processes to Oracle E-Business Suite.

    • Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Oracle E-Business modules.

    • Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents.

    • Has worked with small and large teams

    • Has Knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HRMS implementation projects
