IDM Support Lead o Skill: Oracle Identity Manager o Minimum Skill Requirement: (~3-4 pointers against each item) * Must Have: 1. Overall 6-8 years" experience in IT. 2. 4-5 years of Identity and Access Management solutions deployment, configuration, customization and support. Out of which at least one to two years in Oracle Identity Manager 11g. 3. 1 years of strong Java/J2EE design, development, testing and application support experience. 4. Well versed with usage of the I&AM product and domains Demonstrated capability to develop use cases, Designing, developing, testing, deployment and application support of Identity and Access Management solutions. 5. Participation in conceptual and technical design of I&AM solutions. 6. Infrastructure and configuration of IDM tool. 7. Experience in developing provisioning workflows, approval workflows, deployment of provisioning adapters, Connector configuration, Reconciliation, SSL Configuration, configuration of user management, self-service, password resets, forgot password functionality 8. Experience on integrating with at least one LDAP target like Active Directory or any other directory server, Database, flat file etc. 9. Exposure to OIA or Compliance and Role Management Solutions. * Good to Have: 1. Experience in OIA or Compliance and Role Management Solutions. 2. Experience in OIM and OIA Integration.
