Job Role: Oracle HRMS Technical Payroll
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Delhi,Hyderabad
No of positions: 5
Must have 2 end-to-end implementation and Upgrade/Support projects experience.
* Should have good working experience on RICE Components/CEMLI objects - Forms, Reports, Workflows, Conversions and Interfaces.
* Should be proficient in XML Publisher Reports and Discoverer Reports.
* Experience in APEX, OAF etc. is an added advantage.
* Basic functional knowledge on Finance ,SCM ,HRMS and Payroll modules is must.
* Proficiency in either P2P or O2C cycle (both functionally and technically).
* Should be comfortable with the Interface and Base tables of the modules on which candidate has worked on.
* Should be conversant with AIM / OUM Methodology.
* Good experience on preparing MD70s, CV60s, MD120s and Test documents.
* Should have excellent problem solving and Code debugging skills.
* Experience on Performance Tuning.
* Should have good communication skills.
