JOB DESCRIPTION: Skill: Oracle Apps Functional HRMS Experience: (6 To 9 Yrs) Work Location : Mumbai Job Description Skills Require: * Should Have 6+ Years of Exp. * 5-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing Core HR * Configuration/setup experience on Oracle 11.5.10 and R12 * Understanding of other Oracle HCM modules like OLM, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits would be a plus * Full lifecycle implementation experience - This includes planning, analysis, design, configuration, CRP2 validation sessions, SIT and go-live * Experience in AIM methodology (i.e. BR.100, MD.50, CV.40, and TE.40) * Strong understanding of Payroll processes, pay elements, fast formulas & reporting. * Excellent Communication and client handling skills * Knowledge on UK Legislation and UK Payroll is required Knowledge on SSHR/OLM/iRecruitment/OTL modules will be an advantage If you are interested to work with Capgemini request you to please send us your updated resume in word format with few others details as required below to discuss over the opportunities with us. 1.
