Job description:
1.Sell insurance products of Life Insurance Corporation of India directly
2.Customer Relationship Management
3.Generate leads and fix appointments
4.Explore the customer"s financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company"s product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation
5.Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell
6.Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate
7.Participate in relevant training arranged by the company, take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, sales process & organization
8.Keep up to date with market developments by reading newspapers, journals & through personal contacts
Also note that you will be Part of a highly motivated team, and the No. 1 Advisor in my team earned a commission of Rs 35 Lacs last year.
