Kindly find detailed JD as below: Work Exp- 6-8 Yrs Location-Uppal, Hyderabad Job Responsibility: * Lead a team of seasoned technical resources * Monitor the progress of each and every project currently worked by the team. * Accountable for day-to-day status of every project and report out to customer/internal leadership. * Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally across different functions. * Project manager all the projects in terms of their set deliverables with timelines, communication (to customers, end users, team etc.) * R12 specific deliverables: 1. Coordinate with customer to understand their expectation from R12 implementation 2. Create a project plan/strategy on how we (Genpact) will ensure that the transition is smooth. 3. Take the signed of the project plan from the customer 4. Execute the actionable from the project and periodically report out 5. Align the team members to deliver the project deliverables as per the committed timelines. 6. Represent customer/business on calls with the R12 implementation team and provide inputs which will ensure the smoothness of transition 7. Communicate with team, customer, internal leadership on the progress 8. Take sign off from the customer as and when actionable are closed. 9. Prepare the team for R12 changes 10. Provide training related inputs to internal leadership in order to prepare the team for R12. Required: * Should have worked on Oracle environment (preferable in Procurement space) * Been part of ERP implementation * Has worked as Program Manager/Project Manager responsible for delivering time-bound projects with the help of a small/mid-size team. * Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and familiarity with methodologies such as 6 Sigma, Lean etc. Essential skills: * Strong project management skills * Excellent client interaction skills * Excellent communications skills * Problem solving & decision making ability If interested kindly share your updated profile with below details: Total Exp- CTC- ECTC- NP- Open for night shift- Y/N Regards Ashish Semwal Genpact Hiring Team Is this job relevant to you?
