	Job Description
	- Hands-on experience Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules (at least one implementation should be in R12). -Must have a good experience delivering Oracle HRMS and Payroll solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design and writing Fast Formulas. -Implemented t least 4-5 full end to end HRMS and Payroll projects cycles. -Design innovative solutions to meet business needs. -Proficient in troubleshooting issues and providing customer support. -Experience must be detail-level and include module configuration and setup relative to multi-org and multi-currencies and diverse payroll policies -In depth functional working knowledge of the following applications: Oracle Core HR, Oracle Payroll, including Fast Formulas, OTL, Oracle HR Self-Service. -Good Experience in Indian payroll.
