Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional / Techno Functional 4 -9 Years HYD/BLR/Chennai HYD, BLR, Chennai
Skills Required:
 Candidate should have minimum of 6-10 years hands-on experience implementing Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules (at least one implementation should be in R12)
 Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HRMS and Payroll solutions, including extensive
 At least 2 full end to end HRMS and Payroll implementations projects cycles
 Proficient in designing innovative solutions to meet business needs
 Proficient in troubleshooting issues and providing customer support
 Must have good understanding of AIM processes/phases and documentation
 In depth functional working knowledge of the following applications: Oracle Core HR, Oracle Payroll, including Fast Formulas, OTL, Oracle HR Self-Service
 Must have good communication skills
 Must be willing to travel to South Africa (short and long term)
 Base location preferred will be Hyd or BLR or Chennai
