Oracle Apps HRMS: JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Location: Bangalore , Hyderabad, Noida, Chennai Experience: 4-9 yrs Description: Job Description - HRMS-1 Title: Oracle HRMS Technical Responsibilities: * Responsible for the business analysis, application system development, integration / interface between Oracle ERP business suites and legacy external applications mainly in HR responsibility * Application system on-going maintenance, enhancement of existing applications to fulfill the objectives of enterprise business community * Liaison with Database Administrator for technical issues related to application areas in the context of Oracle ERP environment, concurrent managers, interface issues, tasks and technical TARs to Oracle or any third party software providers * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills. Detailed Job Tasks: * Design and develop Customization, Enhancements and extensions using OAF or ADF. * Design and develop Customization, Enhancements and extensions related to Interfaces, Loaders, PL/SQL packages. * Prepare Design documents like BP080, MD050, MD070 documents Experience: * At least 4-7 years of experience as Oracle HRMS Technical consultant and 1-2 implementation experience for leading organizations. Qualification and Skills: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline Software Tools: SQL PLUS & PL/SQL, OAF/ ADF __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Description - HRMS-2 Title: Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional (HRMS, Payroll) Responsibilities: * Design and Develop Payroll Fast Formulas * Set up HRMS and Payroll entities * Application system on-going maintenance, enhancement of existing applications to fulfill the objectives of enterprise business community * Design and Develop Interfaces and other pl/sql packages as extensions. * Responsible for the business analysis, application system development, integration / interface between Oracle ERP business suites and legacy external applications mainly in HR responsibility * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
