System Analyst (Oracle E-Business Suite R12 HRMS all modules) Techno Functional support
Modules to be supported:
Oracle HRMS
o Core HR
o Payroll
o Performance Management system

Roles & Responsibilities:
To Technically direct the work of project teams in the implementation, improvements upgrade and maintenance of IT Systems (including ERP Oracle Applications E-Business Suite R12 HRMS all modules) to complement the objectives of the business departments
Carries out the implementation training and maintenance of new amended systems software versions and other utility programs supplied by IT vendors and/or other software houses. Ensures all work is carried out according to specifications and IT implementation standards.
Conducts detailed systems analysis and implementation on new or modified versions. Defines objectives, documents current systems, gathers information on future requirements prepares systems designs and specifications defines security requirements, develops system technical tests, liaises with ERP Administrators and super users to satisfactory implementation and acceptance.
Reviews new systems releases as assigned, is involved in assessing its usefulness and reports to Supervisor on compatibility and support of new systems with existing applications. Evaluates new systems performance by analyzing the outputs from a systems performance package and enhances the operating systems accordingly.
Assists ERP Administrators and Business application super users in preparing user manuals. Provides maintenance support and trains users for package to accommodate minor program changes, reports layouts, and interface problems with Super User(s) whilst closely monitoring application performance.
Assists and directs in planning and updating hardware requirements to meet software implementation needs. Assists the Information Analyst in the implementation of BI and advanced report tools.
Works with all IT staff and external consultants / Vendors to effect major improvements to the designated Streams. Collaborates closely with Business and IT teams to assist information Analysts in achieving solutions for reporting needs of the business.
Establishes and effects plans and procedures for data security, integrity, and privacy from an applications perspective in coordination with ERP Administrators
Designs and develop computer programs including studying and refining client specifications, determining final layout of output documents, defining problem areas, implementing improvements, and determining the sequence of functions to be performed according to professional design standards.
Analyzes and documents problems with vendor supplied software, and generates documentation for submission of software problems to vendor, contacts outside resources for input into resolving software problems, and applies corrective action.
Completes maintenance records or problems incurred and action taken for future reference, keeping abreast of developments in computer technology, participating in special projects, preparing reports as assigned.
Ensure that support processes are followed and resolutions are provided in time with quality. Maintains close interaction with ERP Administrators and IT Team to guide them for quality service delivery.
Troubleshoot or resolve the existing system process failures quickly and efficiently using systematic approach, in a timely manner during normal operations as and when required by end users
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor degree
Approx. minimum 6 years experience in Oracle technologies with focus on Oracle applications, including 2 full end to end implementation experiences.
Very good knowledge of Oracle Fast Formula concept and development.
Good use of reporting tools, especially business objects
Must have some technical knowledge including SQL & PLSQL
Good planning skills
Having Excellent spoken & written English Language
