Type of Project: - R12 Implementation Projects. Role Description: * Must have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle HRMS R12 suite. * Excellent knowledge of Standard business process flows in Oracle HRMS suite. * Must have worked on HRMS R12 suite and Modules like Core HR, SSHR and Payroll. (India Payroll Prefered) * Proven experience in Oracle Applications, handling Implementation and Support OR Upgrade Projects. * Excellent knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation methodology (AIM) * Good in Client Interfacing, Scoping, Planning, Functional analysis, Requirement & Gap analysis, Mapping, Solution Designing ,Functional Testing. * Should have excellent communication skill & ability to work with diverse business groups.
