	Job Description
	Prepare and maintain developer, user, system administration and installation documentation and release notes for iConcept products. Develop topic-based conceptual, procedural, operational, and configuration content by researching, outlining and preparing complex written text that is technically and grammatically accurate. Gather technical and functional information from development team members (ranging from software engineers to software architects) as well as researching functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and professional services to create technical documentation. Create documentation for projects of large scope and technical complexity to meet company standards, enabling the department to deliver the documentation accurately and on time. As a member of the technical publications team, collaborate to inventory, audit, analyze, and organize existing content to identify gaps/needs and recommend options for sourcing new content. Analyze documentation defects and make appropriate corrections.
