Job description: * Total Work Experience - 7+Yrs * Relevant Work Experience - 5+Yrs ( Oracle Application in HRMS) * Minimum 2 Project Implementation ( Oracle Application in HRMS) * Cross Domain Experience. ( Finance, SCM) * Project Management Experience. * Client Facing Experience * Expert knowledge in Oracle HRMS Modules. * Good understanding on the integration and business processes, especially in HR. * Good knowledge in MS Visio and MS projects * Exceptional communication and presentation skills * Good people management skills with the ability to motivate the team * Good Leadership skills.
