Job Description:
Oracle HRMS technical-
Human Resource, Global Payroll, Self Service HR, Time & Labor, SQL, PL/SQL, Reports
Job location- Hyderabad/ Bangalore
Oracle HRMS Technofunctional-
Preferred to have Human Resource domain experience (1 to 2 Years).
In the areas of Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Leave administration, Policy administrations, Training and other human resource functions.
Application:
Worked in 3 or more of the following HRMS modules (4 to 8 years):
1. Core HR
2. Payroll
3. SSHR
4. iRecruitment
5. OLM
6. Talent Management
Knowledge in SQL, PLSQL , Workflow, Interfaces, report would be preferred.
Experience in R12 (12.1.3) upgrade or support is must and HCM fusion experience preferred.
Job Location- Bangalore
Oracle HRMS functional-
R12 iRecruitment/HRMS/SSHR Functional (Mandatory that resource should be knowing the 3 modules functionally).
Resource should have knowledge on configuration and personalization of iRecruitment, SSHR and HRMS screens.
Having past implementation experience will help the resource to survive. Resource should be able to work independently
in providing functional solution around Release 12 iRecruitment, HRMS & SSHR modules.
Resource should be comfortable in doing functional personalization's & small solutioning/implementation
around iRec/HRMS modules. Good communication skills to talk to customer (IT & business) independently.
Having some implementation background is mandatory for resource survival.
