Job Requirement:-
Our Client is looking for a dynamic & Creative Software Product Usability / Experience Practitioner to work on transitioning the current product to a Next Gen User interface. This individual should have functional experience in Supply chain, financials or Asset management domains, & should have a keen understanding and experience of working with a wide range of IT system users. He or she should understand people, what makes them tick, what delights users, and is not afraid of research, testing and handling conflicting interests.
Skill requirement
* Domain specialist is a must (supply chain, financials or Asset management)
* Must have experience in working with customers and end-users of IT systems
* Should have the customer / user on top of his mind
* Should be comfortable in design of application flows,
* Should handle the how of user transitions,
* Should worry about conventions, labels and patterns, and focus more on graphical details.
* should focus on research, psychology, testing and advocacy
* Should be aware of the recent technologies in the market
* Should create an environment that influences positive change and makes continuous improvement an essential part of the engineering culture
* Should work hands on to identify problems during new product development and/or when quality concerns arise
* Should Continuously seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to address organization challenges achieving process and product excellence
* Should Get the job done through problem solving, driving for results, exercising control, setting high goals, and using measurement and accountability to continuously improve the business
* Should have a passion for creating value and the mental stamina as well as drive to meet business challenges. Has a strong sense of urgency, constantly striving to improve on the status quo
* Should be a good problem solver & rapidly assess situations & provide multiple solutions / outcomes and consequences
Qualification & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chartered Accountant, MBA (finance) - as per the domain - from a Premier institute;
* 5 to 10 years of broad based functional experience with ERP Products (Tier 1 or Tier 2) &/or User interface design (or Product development)
* ERP Product implementation experience is preferable
* Must be a self-starter with a strong drive
* Excellent interpersonal skills in relating to both internal and external customers
* Experience in software engineering processes and applicable frameworks - CMMi, ITIL
