Job Description:
* Must have been part of multiple implementations with OM, PO, INV as core modules
* Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process
* Experience in Indian localizations would be an added advantage
* Strong conceptualization skills
* Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents; Well versed with AIM documentation templates and standards
* Deep product knowledge accumulated with involvement in on- site implementation/ support of Oracle Applications ERP
* Should be able to identify gaps in the solution and design solutions to bridge these gaps
* Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
* Basic knowledge of SQL,PL/SQL needed
* Ability to work within IT and business team
* Ability to plan and deliver cost effective results
* Excellent English verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
* Sound functional and business process conceptual skills
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
* Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team
* Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business models and Organization structures
