* Very strong PL/SQL development experience & Oracle DB expertize.
* Strong Communication Management at all levels
* Ability to Design and develop customer needs
* Expertise on customization, extension & integration in Oracle eBiz suit
* Good hands on experience on performance tuning & Code optimization.
* Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to develop package, procedures, SQLLOADER, Unix scripting, Shall scripting
* Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
* Must develop, foster and maintain an open, professional relationship with other team members
