IDE : JDeveloper
Core : Java/J2EE , XML, Web Services and J2ee Design Patterns.
Unit Testing : JUnit or any custom Unit Testing frameworks.
Database : Oracle / DB2 ( Hands-on SQL )
Desired Skills ( Not mandatory )
Frameworks : Spring Framework / JSF Framework with Hibernate(or any ORM tool )
