Oracle Finance - Functional
hould have R12 Upgrade experience , atleast 2 upgrades. Should be sound in following finance modules like GL,FA,iExp and AP.
Good communication Skills. Has expertise in To-be Process finalization, Gap Analysis, Solution Design, RICE Functional Design, configuration of instances. Should have experience in functional testing and de-bugging functional issues of RICE components and fixing issues. Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve problems . Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.
Oracle EBS - SCM Functional Consultant
Experience in Order Capture, Customer Profile Management, Advance Pricing, Account Receivables related process and transactions
must have worked in R12. Must have done at least 2 implementation and one L2 support in the afore mentioned modules.
* Should have handle Level 2 Production Support
* Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently.
* Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and communicate to Level 3 Production Support to resolve issues.
* Proficient in troubleshooting Distributor Experience issues and providing customer support
* Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support
* Provide guidance and lead to Support Specialist as and when needed.
* Understanding of functional concepts & flow of Oracle Application Modules.
* Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment with minimal supervision
* Ability to handle demanding work situations with multiple priorities.
* Ability to interface with business users independently.
