Dear Candidate,
We are Hiring Oracle Apps HRMS Functional Consultants with 6 + Yrs of Exp for Hyderabad Location.
The Candidate will be required with Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT industry and implementing Oracle Applications and at least 1 end to end HR/Payroll Implementation experience.
* Experience in managing day to day activities and liaising with onshore requirements/functions.
* Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Payroll, OTL, core HR, Fast Formula, OLM, Workflow, Costing, Security Profiles, Award/EBA interpretation, Rostering systems e.g. rotation plans etc.
* Should be able to support, guide technical team for resolution of issues.
* Preference for Australian Tax Legislation experience (statutory requirements)
* Experience communicating directly with client
Mandatory / Required skills:
* Strong functional on Oracle Payroll (including experience with Fast Formulas, Costing, Award/EBA interpretation) 2. Core HR (including experience with Security Profiles) 3. OTL (Rostering systems e.g. rotation plans etc) 4. OLM 5. Workflow
* Good understanding of R12's Multi Org Access Control and GL Ledger Sets.
* Experience in BI Publisher, Discoverer and Web ADI
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Excellent client management skills
Nice to have skills:
* Experience of Oracle forms, reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, Oracle API
* Experience of AOL framework, OA framework
* Knowledge of Oracle Apps Design, Development and Implementation methodology.
