Role: Senior Consultant- Oracle SCM
Location: Cochin / Trivandrum
Job Summary
Role: Sr. Associate Oracle SCM
* Architect and Design all Oracle solutions involving reengineering of business processes and defining solutions
* Pre implementations audit - requirement matrix , solution mapping & evaluation , RFP preparations, vendor evaluation
* Implementations management & validation - Program management, validation of deliverables, gate checks
* Post implementation review - review of implementation , configuration, security, developments, adequacy testing & documentation
* Flexibility in involving in general consulting / advisory roles which are not Oracle SCM Specific and providing business expertise in such assignments
Candidate Profile:
* CA / ICWA / BTech
* Or Graduate with at least 3-4 years industry functional experience in addition to relevant experience.
* Preferably MBA from a reputed institute.
* 7 to 10 years' experience in Industry out of which.
o 5 to 7 years' experience in Oracle Consulting
o 1-3+ years in manufacturing industry.
* Min 3 end to end Oracle implementations
* Must be able to communicate effectively with customers in gaining confidence and closing projects
Must have the skill sets to leverage / develop tool kits to accelerate Oracle service delivery
Other Details:
* Should have multi industry / multi geographic work exposure
* Good people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate the team
* Influence, train, mentor and leverage the skills of others, including Oracle EBS Consultants
* Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

* GSS - Kerala (Technopark/KINFRA,Trivandrum / Infopark, Cochin)
* Open for travel (short / medium/ long durations), based on project requirements
