RequirementSenior or Staff Consultant (depending on experience)
Job Description1. As a Technical Consultant, you will be working on both offshore and onsite client projects.
2. You will be working in projects which will involve Oracle BI Applications or OBIEE Implementation, Upgrade or Support projects in OBIEE and BI Applications
3. You will be Interacting with client to understand and gather requirement
4. You will be responsible for technical design, development, and system/integration testing using oracle methodologies
QualificationBE, B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA
Level of Experience1. 6-8 yrs. of Data warehousing and Business Intelligence project experience
2. Having 2-3 years of project experience on BI Applications and OBIEE (earlier called Siebel Analytics) with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations
3. 2 yrs. of specialized BI Applications and OBIEE (earlier called Siebel Analytics) customization and solution architecture experience.
Other Skills (If Any)1. End -to-end OBIEE and/or Oracle BI Applications implementation experience
2. Expert knowledge of BI Applications including basic and advanced configurations with Oracle eBS suite or Siebel CRM or Peoplesoft HRMS as the source system
3. Expert knowledge of OBIEE rpd design and reports design
4. Intermediate knowledge of Informatica and DAC
5. Intermediate knowledge of ETL Informatica, BAW and OBIEE customization
6. Oracle BI Applications Security integration with Oracle eBS suite or Siebel CRM or PeopleSoft HRMS as the source system
7. Architectural Solution Definition
8. Any Industry Standard Certifications like Siebel Analytics Certification will be a plus
9. Good knowledge in Oracle database and development Experience in the database application.
10. Creativity, Personal Drive, Influencing and Negotiating, Problem Solving
11. Building Effective Relationships, Customer Focus, Effective Communication, Coaching
