As part of the Oracle Managed Cloud Services Group, this person will be responsible for managing the customer ERP solutions. This person will work closely with our customer and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, resolve issues and mitigate risks for customer..
The scope of work involves
1) Functional System Support, Configuration, functional design for custom solution and integration.
2) Experience with all aspects of the system - support, Testing and post implementation activities
