Description & Profile

HRMS, Payroll modules technical experience.
RDF, java page development, OAF, oracle workflow,
Personalization and Customization of the forms and workflow.
Rice components and AOL would be desired
Should be aware of oracle position/supervisor hierarchy
Able to handle other request based workflow setup.
Competent enough to develop new business workflows as per business requirements.
Should be competent enough to develop forms, stored procedures,xml publisher reports with pl/sql, toad + other tools.
Experience in Alerts, interfacing experience is also required.
Good communication skills are mandatory.
