We have an Urgent Requirement for Oracle Apps tech Lead, please find the below furnished job profile:
ORACLE APPS TECHNICAL LEAD
Specifications:
* Should have atleast 5+ years in Oracle Apps experience with good number of implementations with overall good domain experience
* Leading and execution of the projects. Responsible in working primarily on Oracle Applications.
* Hands on Implementation, Rollouts, Upgrades. Predominantly on Oracle Workflows, Integrations & Interfaces
* Should be well versed in Forms, Reports, Workflows and PL/SQL
* Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of key account management including owning/building key client relationships, developing and implementing multichannel direct-to-client strategies aligned with client expectations, goals and objectives.
* Involve in solution strategy, work closely with Delivery Managers / SMEs to develop implementation plan, and keep all the team members informed of the plans for smooth implementation for quality solutions
* Monitoring process parameters involved to identify and correct deviations from customers expectations and specifications
* Involving in employee technical scaling and their skill set enhancements. Identifying areas for improvement and accordingly provide training to the team
