Primary Skills: Strong knowledge in Core HR, Self-Service HR, Compensation Workbench, i-Recruitment, PMS, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Payroll and Payroll India Localisation
A proven functional professional with minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12/R11i implementations, 1-2 R12 upgrade and 2-3 support projects experience on Oracle HRMS & Payroll
Candidates must exhibit strong presentation, analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills"
Nice to have skills:
Experience of Oracle forms, reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, Oracle API
Experience of AOL framework, OA framework
Knowledge of Oracle Apps Design, Development and Implementation methodology.
