KEY OBJECTIVE:
Develop and/or implement solutions to solve complex technical and business issues, focusing on Quality deliverables, effectively manage assigned project tasks according to plan,
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and maintain confidence of clients and colleagues
* Produce quality deliverable
* Perform effectively as a member of project team (s)
* Lead quality assurance reviews for own and others' engagement
* Knowledge or relevant technology issues.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
* Degree with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
* Demonstrates a high level of analytical and conceptual ability.
Additional Details
Technical Leads
* Should have at least one or two Implementation and two upgrade experience.
* Very well versed of People Tools 8.5 and above, Application Designer, Application Engine, PS Query , Component Interface, Integration Broker, Application Packages, Advanced workflow engine (AWE)
* Very well versed with PeopleSoft 9.0 and above application experience.
* Should have Lead experience in Client Interaction
* Should have strong upgrade and re-Implementation skills.
* Very good Technical Design Capability of translating business requirements from Functional Design documents
* Must have worked one or two of Conversions, Interfaces, Customizations and Report areas.
* Good understanding with Project Life cycle for implementation and support projects.
* Good communication and ability to work independently.
