	Key Roles & Responsibilities Strong Experience in OOPs concepts. Proven experience in designing complex solutions Good Knowledge of advanced architectural styles Hands-on experience in end-to-end development of software products from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and implementation Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems Understanding the technical & functional specifications. Create and own, efficient solutions for the product to support its rapidly growing client base. Develop high-quality code, establishing development standards and practice by example. Experience in implementing at least one enterprise level business product. Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form Should have interacted with clients directly in earlier projects.
