We have an immediate opportunity for HCM Functional Professionals for one of the leading Product Based Company
Job Title: HCM Functional Consultant
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech + MBA Desirable(only from Tier1 institutes)
Experience : Consultants with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience, with end to end implementations.
Location: Chennai ,Delhi
Role: Functional Consultant
- Should have experience on SAP - HCM/MS Dynamics/Oracle/Peoplesoft..
- Should have at least three years of experience in ERP implementations in HCM domain
- Good HR-business process background
- Good understanding of HCM modules
- Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Understand and document the Business requirements of the client and map to the product/solution.
- Prepare the scope document and obtain sign off from Key users and end users.
- Ensure that key users and end users are trained adequately with our solutions
- Ensure that all Use Cases are tested visualizing all scenarios
- Implement solutions as per solutioning and obtain sign off.
- Estimate project size, provide clarifications to customer queries
