Document detailed requirements, design and prototypes. *Define Standard Operating Procedures, methods and techniques for designing and developing reports and seek manager approvals. * Develop complex, standard, ad hoc and custom reports to satisfy business requests. *Research alternative technologies and methods for reporting. *Act as liaison between Business Analysts, DW Architect and ETL Lead to ensure warehouses and data cubes satisfy the reporting requirements. *Develop and execute acceptance test plans for data warehouses, cubes and report objects. *Perform peer reviews of other's work prior to production. *Work with users and developers in project planning; make recommendations and serve as a coordinator of development initiatives *Analyze and leverage reporting and decision support needs of users from a variety of functional units; review requirements and prepare design specifications for BI implementation projects *Provide effort estimates for changes driven by new requests for reports or other data presentations *Assist in the creation of BI methodology and tools *Provide ongoing support for OLAP/BI applications and report library; act as an OLAP and BI resource and trainer for others. *Manage OLAP/BI development, test and production environments; perform proactive application monitoring *Develop standards and procedures for maintenance of these environments to ensure the security, integrity and availability of the corporation's data *Ensure all OLAP/BI data presentations are in compliance with data standards and security polices *Work with subject matter experts for various data source to ensure changes made in the source system are reflected in the OLAP Security Roles & Responsibilities: *Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System. *Adhere to Information Security Policies of the Company. *Report any Security Incident that is observed. *Ensure clearance of all Security and Compliance related Training's and Certifications. *Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations. * Keep Company's and Customer information confidential and not disclose to unauthorized individuals and outsiders. *Help Managers maintain secure environment at work.
