We are hiring Oracle Application Technical for CMMi 5 Level Company
Work Location - Mohali (Punjab)

In India, they have more than 9,000 employees at 100 offices and 14 manufacturing locations across the country.
BASIC FUNCTION
The Oracle Apps Technical resource will provide project and day to day operational support.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIDILITIES
* Communicate to stakeholders via standard methods (e.g. orally, email, ticket system).
* Resolve incidents and problems. Communication of same to stakeholders.
* Develop or refine technical procedures, scripts and associated documentation.
* Communicating status of work efforts to the team and assisting with workload balancing and planning.
* Work hours will need to be flexible to accommodate software testing and implementation schedules.
* Work hours will also need to overlap with team members in US locations.
* Day to-day techno functional support on Oracle eBS Applications in a service desk environment
* Support the Oracle implementation project and ongoing enhancement request
* Create Oracle reports, concurrent programs, data extraction, data load, data reconcile etc.
* Provide troubleshooting support and user trainings to Oracle application users
EDUCATION/LANGUAGE
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
* Experience in a complex, large volume operation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Oracle functional knowledge in Finance, procurement , order management or manufacture.
* Oracle technical skill like SQL, PL/SQL ,BI publisher, Report builder , workflow builder, OAF
* Familiar with Oracle EBS table structure, open interface and APis
