2. Should have thorough knowledge of CoreHR, i-Recruitment, Payroll, SSHR, Learning management.
3. Should have at least one implementation & Upgrade project.
4. Certified in Oracle HRMS is an added on.
5. Good Communication & Written Skills a Must
