We have an urgent opening for Oracle FMW.
Experience: 6 to 9 yrs
Location: Hyderabad
Mode of employment: Permanent
Proven expertise including hands and ability to analyze solutions using Java, J2EE, J-Developer Tools, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, OAF, unix, Workflow, Oracle Reports. XML Publisher, and XSL/XSLT.
Minimum 9+ years of experience in an Oracle E-Business environment delivering custom applications, integrations, conversions, and reporting solutions. Familiarity with Oracle R12 EBS application modules, including functionality and/or development.
Provide technical vision and subject matter expertise for Oracle ESB, J2EE and other integration technologies.
Define and provide continuous improvement of Integration processes and procedures based on industry standards.
Provide best practices for all aspects of the project lifecycle and deliver quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge of business process flows in the Oracle Projects Suite, Project Costing, Billing, Resource Management, and Project Management.
Guides application development personnel through a defined integration process resulting in a finalized system.
Maintain knowledge of current technologies deployed by Oracle including development tools, ETL tools, Business Process Engineering Language (BPEL) , and SOA foundation pack through various applicable channels.
Expertise in performing application setups in multiple Oracle HR-focused modules (Human Resources, SSHR, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.).
Understanding the integration these modules and other Oracle modules such as HR, Payroll, AR, AP, PO, Time and Labor and non-Oracle applications.
Demonstrated ability to Integrate Oracle Projects with other Oracle modules, interfaces with third parties, and custom extensions.
Ability to train/coach client personnel in the aspects of supporting the Oracle Projects Suite modules they will be responsible for.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
