Job Description:  Minimum of 3 to 4 year experience as Technical/ Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle HRMS.  Must have worked in RICE components in 3 or more of the following Oracle HRMS Modules * HRMS * Payroll * Advance Benefits * Time and Labour * Self Service HR  Minimum of 2 years of technical consulting experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations. Should have developed customizations, conversions, reporting, configuration in at least 3 of the following Oracle Fusion HCM Modules * Fusion Global Human Resources * Oracle Fusion Payroll * Oracle Fusion Time and Labor * Oracle Fusion Benefits * Oracle Fusion Compensation * Oracle Fusion Talent Management  Experience in developing technical designs and specifications for applications extensions and customizations.  Proficient in Oracle HCM data model.
