Client : Accenture Skill: Oracle-Payroll Management / Oracle-Payroll Management JD: Primary Responsibilities Understand the client's objectives and business drivers and devise an approach to the solution Work independently with the clients on site or off shore and manage client and internal stakeholders Collaborate with the client counterparts to elicit gather business requirements and be involved in analysis based on business drivers of the client Manage requirements and communication - Manage Scope Traceability Package & Communicate requirements to all stakeholders Evaluate solution tool selections prepare solution design create roadmap and implementation plan in line with the approach and client requirements Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting investigate analyze and solve software problems and map client business requirements processes and objectives develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client's needs Own and maintain client deliverables as per the project plan Prepare and respond to RFPs engage in pre sales discussions Contribute to capability development through asset management people related initiatives and trainings. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Must Have Knowledge and Skills Prior experience in Oracle technologies and ERP systems Finance HCM SCM CRM Must have implemented at least one project in Oracle Payroll Management skill Focus in one or more industries Ability to work independently with clients on site or off shore and manage both client and internal stakeholders Strong analytical and communication skills written and oral Structured and issue based problem solving and assessments Value analysis and insight development Ability to work across levels and geographies Ability to work in cross functional teams Advanced MS Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel. Work Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the Information Technology industry with minimum 1 year consulting experience in one of the top consulting firms Engineering Bachelor's degree from premier Tier 1 institute.
