Position: ----- Oracle Techno- Functional Consultant
Location: ------ Gurgaon
Job Profile: ------------------
- Experience in HCM HRMS Implementation.
- Experience in Fusion Implementation.
- Should have functional and technical experience.
- Should have at least 2 complete project implementation.
- Experience in workshop understanding document and any open questions with business users.
*Experience with developing work flow and process flow diagrams using tools such as Visio.
*Experienced in writing test cases, test plans & scripts, test issue and risk management reporting , test defect tracking and reporting based on system specifications and expertise in Black Box Testing, unit testing, regression, system integration, functional and performance testing.
*In-depth understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodology & Configurations/Change Management Methodology & how methodologies influence procedures & planning.
*Well versed in soliciting client requirements through interviews, workshops, and existing systems documentation and CRP sessions.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with particular emphasis on clearly communicating/documenting detailed Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.
