Position: Taleo Technical and functional engineer

REQUIREMENTS:
Key Accountabilities
Provide Support for DTZ HR department in maintaining the system.
Liaise with managerial, administrative and technical staff to determine information needs, and process change requests based on outcomes.
Establish and control systems access and security.
Produce and update system issues, and follow-up progress and coordinate system updates.
Filter support logs from users and follow up on progress and provide day-to-day advice to users on data information and issues.
Provide training in systems use and access in person or by phone.
Write reports as per business requirements and schedule, run reports on data information and analysis if information is accurate.
User Maintenance including deactivate users, bypass candidates, merge candidates, reset user passwords and new user creation.
Troubleshooting candidate issues on Careers portal.
OLF updates (organisation, location and (job) functions), manage TCC issues, modifications and creation.
Implement business processes and workflows based on business requirements.
Adding New agency/recruiters
Correspondence management
Maintaining pre-screening question and requisition template library
Additions to selection lists. (job sites)
Approval routing management (Requisition and Offer)
User defined field management
Job board account management (eQuest)
Career Site Management - log issues and liaise with web team to resolve
Escalate issues to Oracle Support
Scheduled Maintenance
Manage outage communications
Analyse, and test Taleo support packs in Staging zone
Request for changes requests, enhancements and configuration
Articulate and live the DTZ culture, set an example by modelling the required behaviours and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviour which is inconsistent with agreed standards.
Comply with all DTZ systems used to meet its health and safety obligations.
Work safely and not put themselves or anyone else's health or safety at risk by their acts or omissions.
Comply with DTZ Environmental policies, and adhere to procedures and work instructions that are relevant to their activities.
Operate in a manner that will minimise any adverse environmental impacts associated with their activities.
Business analysis on support issues or register requests
ICT Helpdesk system issues management
Monitoring of systems to proactively reduce likelihood of issues
Manage Service desk incident and request system for DTZ issues
Document ServiceDesk guides, knowledge material, functional specifications, architectural, state & object diagrams.
Manage Severity 1 issues relating to DTZ, with possible out of hours contact.
Conduct PIR on requested issues
Occasional scheduled weekend/out of hours maintenance work
Ensuring & Maintaining the DTZ SDLC process
Enforce Change Management and approval process via ITIL standards
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Minimum of 4 years' experience working extensively with OracleTaleo Enterprise Edition
Experience with identifying, documenting, and analysing Taleo recruiting business processes in the area of HR Recruiting, Onboarding and Learning.
Experience with writing reports using Business Objects
TCC programming and Scripting skills
Experience of minimum two end-to-end Implementations in respective products.
Experience in recruitment, boarding and pipeline module
Experience in implementing transitions is an additional benefit.
Degree in Software Engineering is preferred.
Previous experience working within the Property / Facility Management industry and advantage but not essential.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Previous experience conducting training sessions
