* Role: SOA TL * Years of Experience: 6-8 years Basic Qualifications: ? 6-8 years of IT experience ? Hands-on experience Oracle fusion technologies like BPEL, ESB, ODIs ? Production Support and Development experience ? Experience in Oracle SOA 11g admin activities * Skill details: Oracle SOA 10g and 11g * Must to have: (Could be primary skill and other technical skill required) Oracle SOA Designer ? Hands-on experience Oracle fusion technologies like BPEL, ESB, ODIs ? Experience in Oracle SOA 11g admin activities ? Team management providing application management services for the client ? Co-ordination with onshore team ? Provide escalation and communication around SOA related outages and incidents. ? Identify and implement improvement initiatives for the team. ? Ability to create, execute and review test plans & scripts. ? Oversight and direction for setting direction and priority for more junior members of the team. ? Primary/Secondary over weekends ? Experience in Java SE and EE with Strong Knowledge of object orientated development in Core Java, XML, XSD, XSLT ? Working knowledge on Oracle Database to write queries, tune queries, write oracle PL/SQL, Stored Procedures and ability to work with DBAs to resolve any database related issues. * Good to have : (soft skills ,good at using macros etc) Preferred Skills ? Oracle fusion technologies like BPEL, ESB, ODIs ? Bachelor's Degree Professional Skill Requirements ? Proven ability to work independently ? Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills ?
