Role : Senior Business Intelligence Developer
Technology: Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 11 g; PL SQL
* Responsibilities & Functions Leading the design and implementation of Business Intelligence practice.
* Needs to be involved in entire SDLC cycle i.e. requirements gathering, analysis, planning, selection, blueprinting, designing, developing, rolling out, and end-user training
* Engineer solution by analyzing current implementations, data models as well as understand the shortcoming of currently implemented BI Solution
* Close co-ordination with ETL / Data warehousing , DBA and other support teams during implementation and maintenance
* Develop solutions and prototypes as per detailed functional designs and comply with development methodology and other technical standards
* Perform unit and regression testing of code and provide results to project team,
* Write and maintain functional, technical, and programming documentation.
* Scope will involve pro-active follow-ups with end user & support teams
* Provide support during maintenance period
Required Mandatory Skills Technical Skills
- Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g
- Oracle BI Reports and Dashboard Dev
- PLSQL Queries (Medium to complex queries)
- Oracle 10g & 11g
Qualifications
- Preferably a BE / MCA
Preferred Skills
* Experience working with data warehousing tools and ETL tools like Talend & informatica
* Certifications in BI Domain
Required Soft Skills
* Innovate and create solutions to very complex problems
* Demonstrate prior experience in doing independent development and deliveries
* Articulate simple solutions to complex technical problems
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
