*Installation and configuration of Exchange.
*Design, configure and maintain Exchange 2010.
*Design, configure and maintain Active Directory and related infrastructure.
*Deployment of new Exchange/ Active Directory environment.
*Documenting Exchange configuration and architecture.
*Managing DAG databases and creating new ones as required.
*Administering and maintaining mailboxes.
*Maintain and Administer Active Directory servers including monitoring and performance analysis.
*Good understanding of Exchange online protection.
*Install and deploy Active Directory services.
*Active Directory system upgrades.
*Active Directory experience with multi-domain forests.
*Advanced Active Directory troubleshooting.
*Active Directory Delegation.
*Advanced understanding of GPO.
*Excellent knowledge and experience on Microsoft server operating systems windows 2003, 2008 and 2012.
*Excellent skills in troubleshooting windows based production servers.
*Advanced understanding on web services. IIS, Apache etc.
*Excellent knowledge and experience on various role based servers like File and print share, Terminal servers, FTP,DFS,etc.
*Experience in WSUS and patch management.
*Excellent understanding of DNS, DHCP servers.
*Experience on windows based network load balancing and cluster services.
*Experience on Virtual platforms like VMware, HyperV etc.
*Hands on experience on physical and virtual servers.
*Understanding of various remote support tools. ILO,DRAC etc.
*Understanding of change management and incident management processes.
*Good knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint. Experience preferred.
*Good knowledge on citrix administration, Experience preferred.
*Good knowledge on Symantec backup exec and Netbackup. Experience preferred.
*Good knowledge on Symantec Antivirus, Endpoint protection preferred.
*Good understanding of various monitoring and ticketing tools.
*Good understanding of SCCM. Experience preferred.
*Understanding of file systems and storages used on windows servers.
*Maintain inventory and documentation
