This role would be a support consultant role responsible for successful delivery of application support and enhancements in the skilled area.
Role requires supporting Oracle eBusiness suite R12 Vanilla as well as CEMLI objects as a functional consultant.
This role would need to be proficient in multiple modules of the Oracle applications SCM modules (Inventory,order management and PO).
Independent workability, ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance and support.
Overall responsibility for assigned incidents/changes in a production support environment.
Key Duties
Identify and propose solutions that meet business requirements.
Perform problem analysis, debugging issues as part of application support.
Create functional specifications, test plans and config documents for complex designs.
Provide work effort estimates.
Coordinate with other team members to work on solutioning and peer reviews.
Work with End-Users, DBA Team, Technical Team, Operations, and Infrastructure Teams as required on problem resolution and enhancements
Desired Skills
Solid experience in Oracle apps R12 including SCM(Inventory, order management, pricing, purchasing and PO)
Understanding of integration between Oracle Inventory, order management, Purchasing, pricing and PO.
Experience in designing solutions especially in Oracle Project Accounting extensions.
Demonstrate strong functional and business problem solving capabilities.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Motivated self-starter with positive attitude, team oriented, and passionate about your work
Independent workability with minimal supervision.
Identify, resolve, and/or escalate issues to leadership when required.
Participate and monitor in quality assurance reviews and processes.
Provide leadership, guidance and advice in area of work
Ability to understand functional requirements and develop technical design and code from a functional perspective. Involved in functional discussions.
Leadership Skills
Ability to complete work within the given timelines.
