Position Summary

Responsible for providing Techno functional support on Group HR systems across the globe. Manage the Global Special Projects liaising directly with the business and co-ordinate with the Support Leads and Project Leads to manage projects. Contribute functional and Technical knowledge to the HR Software Delivery Team for BAU enhancements preparing the Integrated Systems Support Team enhanced functionality to support the business effectively. Point of escalation for all RSTs globally where HR system issues require deeper technical and functional analysis to provide solutions. Will be point of contact in any upgrade / enhancement and project rollouts/support for HR Systems

Responsibilities
* The responsibility of the Technical analysts in this regards will be liaising with the support and project teams, to execute project tasks, support the feasibility analysis of the projects in both the functionally and Technically, validation and analyzing post projects objectives are met.
* Training responsibility across ISST processes where ever requires.
* Responsible for global audits on Security and sending the data to relevant stake holders.
* Provide Tier 2 Support for the Batch & Server Monitoring, supporting different components like process scheduler in PeopleSoft, ESS, MSS and different modules in PeopleSoft functionality, CRM 360 Degree view, Integration Broker, EPM Record foundation, CRM Helpdesk case monitoring which is a critical task for this team and require careful attention to perform the tasks with nil errors.
* Modules/Technology required to perform the job role: PeopleSoft Knowledge on Application Designer, SQL ,people code, App Engine understanding as this is very much important to handle and support the critical tasks in the process. Good Communication Skills & Email etiquettes as there is a very much interaction with different business partners.
* Collaborating with HR Software Delivery team members to ensure the effective use of the system and the accuracy of the data stored in the PeopleSoft database.
* Primary Contact for all RST teams and help to manage the escalations which require technical analysis in order to provide the effective Service.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

* Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
* Five years experience in a Human Resources capacity in PeopleSoft implementation, techno functional GHRS support or operations support role.
* Proven written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven analytical skills
* Strong focus on the customer and continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
* Good planning and organisation skills
* Must be proficient and knowledgeable with Excel and Word with a good understanding of Peoplesoft and query.
