Job description
* Candidate should have 4-6 years as relevant experience in Oracle Apps.
* Candidate should be very strong in PL/SQL, SQL,HRMS Technical (Core HR, Self HR and PMS), Reports, Form Personalization and API.
* Good develoment in Interfaces and Conversions using API
* Must have 1 R12 implementation experience for above modules.
* Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech - Preferred
* Should have excellent communication skills.
* Should have client interfacing skills
Brief JD (If Any)
* Pre-sales connect person with customer for presenting solutions
* Functional consultant,
* work on collecting requirements, map those with product, Gap Analysis and recommendations
* explore new modules and features of EBS, relate those to business requirements and present to customer
* Understand limitations in current solutions and recommend improvements
* Assist the new members for building skills thru training / dummy implementation / diff business scenarios
